The event goes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mountain View Community Center and the Stragglyrs will play from 11-2. This FREE community event, themed "Rooted in Our Environment," aims to promote environmental awareness and sustainability. The Quaker Harvest Festival goes from 10-3. The Stragglyrs will close up the entertainment at around 2:15. Come check out this friendly Bazaar of unique items including collectible Books, Beautiful Dolls, Art and special International items. Baked Goods and Jams will be Sold on Site.
Before there was tech, there were orchards. Silicon Valley was known as The Valley of Heart’s Delight, and Mountain View is nestled serenely at its center. Come to the Harvest History Festival and celebrate our valley’s rich and fertile past. Heritage Park is home to this family-friendly event on Saturday September 16, 9:00 AM to Noon. Tour the gardens, sample harvest bounty, enjoy children's activities & art projects, live music, and bubble entertainment. View the new furnishings at the historic Immigrant House and see garden demonstrations. Bike or walk in.
